Ormai lo sappiamo tutti in Giappone sono veramente molto strani. Regolarmente la Polizia giapponese ha a che fare con episodi simili, nonostante la severa repressione e l'asprezza con cui tale fenomeno viene trattato.

Questa volta l'uomo arrestato era solito rubare mutandine da donna nelle lavanderie automatiche, agendo in totale disinvoltura e incurante delle telecamere di sicurezza che alla fine lo hanno incriminato.
