Prima nevicata dell'anno a Tokyo che ha provocato almeno 38 feriti, tutti non gravi, di eta' compresa tra i 2 e gli 86 anni. I vigili del fuoco della capitale hanno reso noto che almeno 7 persone hanno riportato fratture a causa delle cadute causate soprattutto dal ghiaccio nelle strade.

Secondo l'agenzia meteorologica giapponese, nella pianura del Kanto, la grande cintura metropolitana che circonda la capitale, nella notte tra lunedi' e martedi' sono caduti 3 cm di neve.
